28 June to 7 July 2027, 9 nights, all on campus. A vibrant, fast-paced study holiday that packs high-impact English lessons and unmissable British culture into ten days.
English lessons. 18 hours of communicative English tuition per student, delivered in a dynamic alternating "zig zag" timetable: while one group is in class, the other is out on a half-day excursion, on the Compton Pools trail or enjoying sport and activities on campus.
Excursions and culture. Two half-day trips, to Stratford-upon-Avon with entry to Shakespeare's Birthplace and to Warwick with entry to Warwick Castle. Plus two full-day excursions, to Oxford with entry to the Bodleian Library and the Oxford University Press museum, and to London.
Assessment and extras. A full day dedicated to the official Oxford Exam, written paper in the morning and oral interview in the afternoon, a guided trek along the Compton Pools trail, and a graduation ceremony to close the course.

Students are divided into Group A and Group B and share the same classroom. While one group is in class for 3 hours, the other is out on a trip or busy with sport and activities on campus. The two groups then swap over.
Across the shift there are six shared teaching days, on 29 and 30 June, 1 and 2 July, 5 July and 7 July. Each of them gives 3 hours to each group, so both groups reach exactly the same total of 18 hours.
